You are not compensated fairly, It will be hard to move up the ladder or get raises. Definitely have some shady business practices when it comes to pay, OT, PTO,

Big Company and a lot of work.

Cons

Upper management wa very bad, screaming and yelling at new hires. When it happened to me I just handed my resignation, I was there less than a week. Again great company but bad management with bad attitude.I hope that manager was fired as I would go back to work there but there is no telling if it has gotten worst
