      1. Merit-based career trajectory. Might be a con for some, but I've seen promotions and raises assigned based on the value you provide the company. 2. I have a good team, I'm sure there are teams that aren't as great, but I like working with mine. 3. The company rewards being an entrepreneur- get more projects from your current clients, find new clients. 4. We've had very good work-life-balance. As long as our clients are happy and we're making money, nobody bothers us about WLB. 5. Flexible WFH schedule. I know this is a team-by-team situation and not everyone enjoys this. If you interview, ask your interviewer about their policy.

      401k Match - Garbage FTO Policy - Garbage Rolling Bonus Vesting Period - Garbage I used to see a fair amount of nepotism; I don't notice it much anymore.

      Pros

      - Met some good people there. Unfortunately, most of them want to leave or already left.

      Cons

      - CEO/COO are out of touch. The COO is completely incompetent, unethical and aggressive. Zero leadership and no idea how teams work. - It is all about the profits. - Company culture does not exist. Toxic work environment. - Bad reputation among local engineering clients. - No bonuses. - Raise is almost automatically 3% a year. This company is a JOKE and BAD place to work.
