Good co workers. Good experience builder. Okay salary.

Cons

Too corporate. There was a big change when nv5 bought our local company. We went from having great benefits to almost no benefits. Our 401k matching became nonexistent. Replaced with stock options that requires you working with them for years before vested.

Pros

That would depend on the office you’re working in. I think they retain a lot of their autonomy in some cultural respects. Benefits may be improving, they added profit sharing and an extra floating holiday this year.

Cons

Lack of support services. for a company made up of acquisitions they don’t roll them out very smoothly. benefits went down, poor healthcare. Runs very lean and, feels like squeezing water out of a rock.
