Horrible leadership, restricted stock for bonuses, horrible leadership, zero interest in maintaining employees, horrible leadership and horrible leadership. Our previous office was sold to NV5 and they ruined it.

Management is just execrable. Absolutely clueless, as the quality leaves through the entrance door they promote inexperienced, sometimes well-intentioned folk to take their place. The result is a leaderless organization. Once you see it you cannot ignore it, if you value your principles you will exit quickly, on the other hand if you are truly inept, you can fly high very quickly.
