Where to start. They do not promote from within, they expect you the employee to pay for items needed to do your job, and then they will reimburse you. But sometimes they forget to pay you. Upper management does not pay attention to your needs and the needs of the team. They do not match your 401k but rather offer you stock that takes 3 years to mature so there is always a carrot dangling in front of your face. Health benefits are expensive. They throw people at a problem regardless of weather or not they have the right skill set. There are no bonuses. If you are a proud NV5 employee, you still would have to buy NV5 garb from the company store that stuff is not given to you. Lack of leadership, lack of leadership, lack of leadership. Pay raises are typically 1-2% so be happy!!!
