Professional culture Fair compensation Decent perks (some phone bill reimbursement, a $100/yr health stipend [gym membership?], yearly field clothes stipend etc) Opportunities for growth

Cons

My department is fairly small (for now), and I miss working on bigger teams and projects. Also, NV5 is a massive "Umbrella Corporation," so I worry about potentially unethical behavior by my employer. Though I should be clear- I have seen NO such behavior at my level or among my department. I just don't trust megacorps.
