Hard to name all of them... Your sick time and vacation is lumped into one category PTO but its not paid time off, its personal time off which is just a nicer way to say that they don't care if your sick a few time during the year. I came into this job with 5 years of experience and got only 17 of these days which is absolutely absurd. They give you 3 floating holidays but those don't really help since you don't get designated sick days. Speaking of holidays, you only get 7 and they are the ones you can probably guess. Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and possibly one other but I can't think of what it is and the list I provided might be the only ones. They don't give bonuses and the raises every year are minimal with the only way of really making more money is to get promoted but the promotions are based off of budget and project need and rarely happen so there is little room for growth. They don't negotiate salary and underpay you. The benefits they provide, for being such a large company is insulting. You get the basics and nothing more. No HSA's or anything like that and the health insurance options are not very good. They don't match 401k contributions and after all of this, they expect you to come in the day after Christmas and work your butt off to make deadlines so they reach their budget goals.
