Everything! Prejudice, only look out for their own if you know what I mean and quick to throw a loyal employee away when greed takes over.

Great pay and benefits. 40 hour guarantee while out of town. Per Diem

Cons

Good ol' boy system. If you're not in with the "click" you will get the worst jobs, if any job.
