      Flexible timings, give major opportunity to excel every employee, innovative ideas are respected and implemented, flat hierarchy, every body is recognized well, people concentrate on work only : no politics,

      less trainings, less development of soft skills and personality.

      Pros

      Nvidia is one of the biggest companies in Pune and offers probably the best salary in that city. The work culture is good, flexible timings, but most employees do not show up for work till almost 11am. Since the day starts late for most employees, it ends as late at 9pm (9pm would be considered an early day I suppose).

      Cons

      Since it is an off-shore development center, there isn't a lot of innovation happening here. Mostly the job would include doing high visibility bug fixes.
