      Strong company culture and tremendous innovation. NVIDIA is a large family of passionate professionals working for the future. Good pay, amazing benefits for dads and moms, tons of interesting projects you can get involved in

      Can be stressful due to the size of the company (less than 10k employees) vs the market we're addressing, we need to be on a lot of projects in very different regions

      Pros

      It's been 7.5+ years at Nvidia; longest tenure of my career and still feels like coming back every morning with same energy and enthusiasm. You get free hand to work independently and explore new ideas/workaround. It's been great place where you have abundance of resource to learn new skills and apply them back at work. You need to stay here for atleast 2-3 years to understand company's DNA and once you get it, you will probably not think of any other company.
