      I have been working at Nvidia since 2009 and here are the reasons why I should consider NVidia as one of the Best company to work for, *Work* \ *Career Growth* - Its here you will get great opportunity to work on the latest cutting edge technologies. - If you are innovative and love solving complex problems, then its only here you get opportunity to fulfill your desire. - Good support from peers. - As a company, Nvidia offers great opportunity to its employees to learn and grow in their career. - If you have done something great then your work will surely get praised\recognized. *Cultural Aspects* - Very open culture and good company policies. - Flexible office hours. - Good Work - Life balance. *Compensation* - If you perform better then I don't think you need to worry much about your compensation at Nvidia. Its a company for passionate innovator!!!

      Cons

      - I think it would be great if we get some sort of Gifts(not necessarily an expensive one) from the company during Deewali or Christmas time.
