      Pros

      Its a professional and well organized company, which gives enough opportunities to settledown. Processes are pretty transparent and working culture is accomodative.

      Cons

      Company is pretty aggresive in setting up targets, which inturn reflects in stressed up employees. However it offers good offtimes and breaks to chill out.

      Pros

      Culture and experience. Smart people. The work place at nvidia is a great as everyone is very helpful. Hours are flexable.

      Cons

      A bit stressful. There are a lot of deadlines to be met working there. Mentors and manager are always busy so less time for review.

      Busy place to work, but a great place to innovate.

      Cons

      Jen-sun tends to be one of the cheaper CEOs. While the salaries are quite good, some of the better benefits common in the industry are not available: 401(k) matching, subsidizes lunches, commuter shuttle.
