      * Excellent learning material on company intranet. * The technology area is pretty good. * Work on something cool like Graphics chips * Learn a lot about life and people

      Cons

      * Engineering culture is virtually non-existent at NVIDIA Pune * People like to have lot of meetings without doing anything. * Nepotism, ignorance etc. etc.

      Nvidia always works with cutting edge technoligy. this company makes huge chips in terms of transistor count using very much auto mated flows

      Cons

      Because Nvidia employees have to churn out chips at rapid pace to beat the market all the time, time for learning technical details or working knowledge behind some thing they work is very less

      Good, challenging work. Keeps motivated. Good facilities. Feel free to take Work from home options. Ability to move across teams. No necessary in out times. No dress codes. Pure performance based hikes.

      Cons

      Might get hectic, ones own capacity to Work-life balance. Because of the option of working from home, you might be expected to take up meetings.
