Pros

Opportunity for lucrative commission if you are lucky enough to be placed in the right community. Competitive benefit structure. Administrative staff holds the whole thing together on a shoe string with two key players.

Cons

Be careful, promises made before start are often misleading and fall short. If you are placed at a loser property or are not chosen as one of the favorites it is next to impossible to overcome this as the quotas are subjective and largely unfair.

Promotional opportunities within are present, however, there is no direct path. Promotions are arbitrarily decided by management.

Cons

Benefits are very poor. Two-week vacation for the first five years without the ability to roll the hours. Managers question you when you take sick days. Limited paid holidays, $1000.00 401K match, 7 year vesting period for the ESOP, high out of pocket deductibles and a heavy workload.

Learned a lot! They are very helpful with teaching everything you need to know about the position. Good stock options.

Cons

Work life balance is terrible. Management is very negative and quick to blame others for everything. No overtime but expect you to stay late and work through lunch to get things done.
