Pros

The benefits and pay are good. Management truly cares about their employees, their well being and helping them advance their careers with the company.

Cons

Can be highly stressful with long hours. Often work alone so workload is heavy with little assistance or true time off.

Pros

$$$$, training, if you have a sales mentality and produce this is a great place to work. Company is stable and also profit driven so if you are in the home building industry there isnt a better place.

Cons

Everything depends on what division you work for, no upward mobility, promotions are based off of relationships not merit, schedule sucks (but comes with the territory), they do not want anyone to think- execute only, new reps typically have to prove themselves and struggle in tougher communities but it can be done. (again expect this prior to starting).
