Pros

Steady stream of leads from business partner.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations of management, 95% or better is their perceived normal. Constant harassment if not exceeding expectations. Performance rated on likability of management, not actual performance. Hires non-experienced support staff so 90% of production tasks put on sales team. No leadership, just management. Expects 24-7 availability for business partner. Promotes only from within so suffers from incestuous stupidity. Punishment is fast and furious if you dont dummy yourself down to the "NVR way", no capacity to think or believe there are better more effective and efficient ways of doing things. Significantly high turnover of employees. You will see endless adds looking to hire new employees. You will be tempted with higher than average income possibilities. It is a shell game, your chances of actually achieving it are less than 33%. You will be physically and mentally drained by the unhealthy culture.

Pros

Very well run company that cares about the employees. I can only speak to the ASD but they focus heavily on being efficient. The company culture is great and they actually don't want employees working more than 40hrs unless you absolutely have to. ( I can only speak to the ASD side of the company

Cons

They are a company who is relativelysafe and slow to respond to market trends. Therefore, you won't see groundbreaking technologies. They respond to what customers want. Not the best place for an developing engineer but its a safe company with awesome people.
