Pros

It was nice to receive all of your business from the Ryan Homes sales reps. Most of the sales reps did a good job at getting the borrower's preliminary information (income, assets, debts, etc) which helped initiate the process with NVR.

Cons

Like most of corporate America, management relies heavily on metrics. Some of the metrics by which loan officers are judged seem difficult to attain based on the process and time frame of how the leads are received.
