Pros

The tough experience and exposure to loan origination, different types of loan products, and their requirements.

Cons

- extremely pressurized environment. - very unprofessional branch/company. Employees including the regional manager, and processing supervisors use foul language all over the floor. - pressure and workload is so much that no employee is willing to help you. Instead you get negative vibes from everyone - company doesn't let you work overtime, but there is so much work that everyone ends up staying late anyway (without pay). Seen employees work 12-14hrs a day and still not meeting goals. - chances of growth are extremely minimum

Pros

The people. I miss working with them. Most of us worked hard. A lot of knowledge can be obtained by a lot of the people.

Cons

Management. I know you probably see this often but management is terrible. They like to hire college level managers who typically don't care about safety or your general well-being. Watch out for these issues because they are terrible to their staff and do not like to give raises. Here's a reward, pizza party! Pizza that no one wants and they look smug like they've done something right by the staff. It's a joke! If you can avoid this place, be sure to do so. Oh, and the positive side of the comments on here are from the management or office staff and trust me, they have a very easy job there. The ones that work hard are the production staff.

Pros

Decent pay if you work like a dog and have no life outside work and some pizza parties (yay!)

Cons

Literally everything - Job duties nowhere near what they are willing to pay - Upper management picks favorites early on -If you can't learn how to build multiple houses at once in a year or less you might as well find a new career - Company will mass hire when market is good and then have mass layoffs when there is any sign of the market being bad - Brag about their "world class training program" it is anything but
