Great if you are a white male….

Pros

White males will excel- get promoted and hold high ranking positions.

Cons

Women and persons of color will be hired for and remain in low ranking jobs (administrative, sales, mortgage). Everything here is old school mentality, it’s the way it’s been done for decades so not open to change even if that means no growth. Only care about profit, and do not care about product or customers. The employee is a number, that’s it. Overall low morale by employees that are promised pay and bonuses for that are not obtainable by design so they do not have to pay. Long hours and zero remote options.

Salary is decent, no bonus though. Great benefits.

Cons

Micromanagement to the point where you can’t even get your work done. Managers talk down to you like you’re a child. They say we are “one team”, yet you need permission to speak to other departments. There are at least 6 meetings per week. You are not there to close loans, you are there to make sure the Builder gets his money. This place is a scam.

Training is a joke and they talk to peers right in front of the new people like they are not there. Rudeness is unbelievable
