      Pros

      Ok benefits. There are some really good people here, but many of the great ones got laid off because they were making too much money.

      Cons

      The site in oak hill is super outdated. Leaks from the ceiling. Furniture from the 80s. Cafeteria is mediocre at best. No employee provided snacks or drinks. Pay is significantly less than other companies. Waves of layoffs, not determined by performance, but by pay. Tense work environment.

      Pros

      Benefits are okay, PTO is generous, has a parking garage.

      Cons

      Poor management Old technology, can't find parts to fix tools. Lack of communication between Engineering and Manufacturing. Manufacturing is always reprimanded and disciplined. Great for Engineering team, they can scrap whatever and not held accountable. No carrer growth, when they say there is.
