      Broad portfolio of technology, mostly high caliber front-line employees, strong PTO plan

      Cons

      Finance runs the company and everything (technology, people, etc) are secondary to margins, execution issues with product roadmaps, lots of management politics, lots of micro-management and heavy handed sales management, HR is there to protect the company not assist employees, compensation is sub-par, problematic ethics wrt misleading customers
