      Pros

      NXP has provided a very good work environment for over 10 years. Automotive division is very strong. Professional work environment Customers like NXP because we are reliable.

      Cons

      Current direction is unclear due to the Investment firm equity groups that are linked to the company. General cuts across the board have made plenty of work for the rest of the employees. Strategic hiring may be the result of the general cuts.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours, relaxed dress code, great engineers. City centre location with free parking so good for the Christmas shopping/after-work drinkies.

      Cons

      Awful management, unable to make a decision. Direction keeps changing. Attempted to outsource work to India with poor results. Reliance on contractors to fill in the gaps instead of recruiting new staff. Rubbish Marketing department that have made virtually no sales in the last 10 years.
