      Pay scale is at a reasonable level.

      Cons

      Soul-less owners (KKR). They will sell and do anything to maximize profits. They say they care about employees but their actions speak louder than words. Employees mean nothing unless you can maximize their profits and you are gone the second your usefulness is complete. They will not even match 401K benefits even though they made a profit. There is no job opportunity nor training budget. At least Philips made good profits with a soul.

      Nice companies with good pension and holidays, nice colleagues to work together, quite flexible working environment. Many domain experts in nxp

      Cons

      Too many cost reduction and reorg changes, cut positions and lay off. Mt are not focus on the strategy ,soc or mixed signal etc.
