Cons

Lots of management, nobody knows what they are really doing. They are slowly trying to higher more Seasonal Employees to replace full time employees to save money.

Getting out at 4 PM in the summer, Overtime Holidays, Relaxed work environment, beautiful geography.

Cons

Closed minded co-workers, good ol boys club attitude, if you dont fit in you will not enjoy your day. If you work harder than your co workers expect to get shunned for making them look bad.

The work is low stress and easy, and there is a real chance of moving up if you work hard and stick with it long enough.

Cons

The park I worked in was severely understaffed, and there was clearly a lot of politicking going on behind the scenes, with higher up people.
