      Pros

      Pleasant place to work all outdoors and all employees are very friendly and hard workers. Enjoy helping campers and at the state park and enforcing the rules and regulations to keep everyone safe.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between the parks and headquarters along with cutting everyone short six months employment required for unemployment.

      Pros

      The work in State Office is very flexible, the benefit package is awesome with variable vacation, no one push you doing anything, you just need to finish your job on time. People around are very warm-hearted and friendly. Staff meetings are held every week so everybody in the same department can know what you are doing.

      Cons

      Since it's not a private owned company, it's lack of pressure and very bureaucratic. If you like flexible work environment it's a good place to work, if you want to persue self-value it's definitely not the one.
