Pros

Great opportunity if you are willing to work. Upward mobility. Great leadership. wonderful training and earned paid time off.

Cons

They are growing fast and may be experiencing some growing pains. It is sales so there are some people who come in for the paid training or looking for an easy base. They need to do a better job filtering out some of these.

Fires someone after 3 days training gave them the wrong pitch

None excpet they literally hire anyone with a pulse.

Cons

Saw someone get fired during training 3 days in, bc training gave them the wrong script. They memorized it. The manager then fired them, bc it wasn't correct. Insanley unprofessional environment. If you have a college degree, steer clear of this place. It is not for educated people.
