GREAT company to work for! Everyone there is respectful, nice, and down to earth. Management really does their best to accommodate to their employees; if you work hard and put in the effort it doesn't go unnoticed.

Cons

Not many cons at all, biggest con is that the office is kind of hard to find. The work you do is very hands-on, management and office administrators really do their best in lightening your work load, but if you don't have good organization skills or don't want to extend a lot of effort in the work that you do, the workload can become overwhelming.

Pros

The team at New York State Solar is incredibly supportive and their attention to detail and patience with teaching me everything has been one of my favorite parts. Its important to management to spread as much knowledge as possible, and that makes me more confident in doing my job. They even have paid time for community outreach work. Another pro is, there's a ping pong table!

Cons

Its tough to call it a con, but working on Saturday takes a weekend day away, but on the bright side it's often the most productive day we have & we're out early compared to other days.
