Managers are pretty cool. Free lunch on Fridays

Cons

Leads are terrible Automatic dialer is not calibrated correctly EVER We call the same people who are not interested multiple times a day They say uncapped commissions during hiring process but the truth is it’s extremely difficult to make any commission here. $5 for a sit/ good appointment is RIDICULOUS

The work environment is great! I am happy it was easy to make those connections with my coworkers quickly. Even when I came into my interview, everyone was so welcoming. They want you to succeed and will offer to help you to improve. It is also nice that you are able to ask for help as well.

Cons

I have not had any cons working here.
