Ultimate team coherence in regards to the large scale mission of getting solar to the masses. Excellent professional company culture that has great energy and work ethic. Fantastic elite co-workers that always take things to the highest degree possible in terms of work quality from the myriad of different positions available. Wise and respectful management and leadership employees that go above and beyond for their subordinates.

Cons

Upwards mobility is possible however is done at a very patient rate, according to overall individual and character development over the long haul.
