Lunches every every month. Incentive activities and trips every now and then. They don't discriminate.

Cons

No real promotions. You can't move and learn from one department to the next. Once you get hired for a position, very rarely will you be able to leave that position. Everything is all about money. Lacks the family atmosphere.
