      If you're interested in clean energy and live in new york state, NYSERDA touches everything you could work on in one way or another. Very smart people without egos who work hard on innovative projects to save the world from climate change

      Cons

      Very siloed. While majority of people are high performers, there isn't really a method to weed out those who don't contribute. Hard to get promoted or move laterally within organization
