Pros

-- Great development projects -- Great work enviorenment -- Can grow exponentially.. if you have right technical aptitude -- Good for technology driven people as a lot of development opportunities -- Great exposure to latest technology stacks -- Great exposure to directly dealing with clients and exploring the onsite opportunities -- descent compensation -- Very good technology driven colleagues speaccially for the architecture track.

Cons

-- Company is under very rapid growing process currently and this might lead to a bit of variance and turbulence for the employess as process are constantly being evolved( I hope for better) -- New management being roped in is coming from old service sector as of date, most people left those service industries to joing Nagarro , due to their cost cutting policies which adversely effects employee confidence and satisfaction with organization. -- Noida office( Noida being best NCR place to stay currently) is definitily stopping some great proffessionals from joining or continuing with organization. My personal reason for leaving such a great organization was specifically this as people really get adversely effected personally wasting so much time just for reaching Gurgaon.( for eg: snapdeal which recently opened an office space in Gurgaon just behind Nagarro, had to send a written apology to all their employees for the same, which has still not curbed the heavy leaving rate encountered there). -- I have seen some great employees leaving the organization recently, when I discuss with some of them today, I get to know the fluctuations which might not be felt by everyone. The retiration rate is constantly increasing , which was not the case when I joined Nagarro( maybe Nagarro is compensating with the same by constant new hiring, which i feel might not be adressing the right problem correctly)

First - let me thank you for a detailed feedback and also for a great rating for Nagarro. This is the best kind of feedback and helps us understand more what our people think of us. I full agree with you of course that we are currently the best services company to work for. I agree that there is some turbulence - but it is not due to bad weather, it is what you feel when you are taking off. Nagarro is really taking off and, yes, for that reason we have change - a change for the better. Our processes are being re-looked at - because we want to be the same in terms of culture and DNA but at scale. The senior folks who are joining us are being hand-picked by the senior management with the potential of being able to work and contribute in our culture - but at the same time they bring so much knowledge that it makes us stronger and better. We are very strongly experimenting with the idea of a Noida office and it is likely to become a reality in the next year. At the same time, we are thinking a little out-of-the-box about how to make it happen (more details as we crystallize them ourselves) - most likely it won't be a normal Nagarro Noida office. The Jaipur office is a whole different thing and the idea is not to move folks from NCR there - but to tap the talent available in Jaipur or in India which wants to relocate back to Rajasthan. The attrition rate is still one of the lowest in the industry. It is currently around 11% (we have had it fluctuate between 8-12% in the past). All the constant new hiring is to support the growth that we foresee and are also currently going through. Our biggest nightmare is to become like any other services company in India and we all are dedicated to keeping it different. It is sad that you had leave Nagarro - and we will hope to see you back in the not so distant future. Thank you again for leaving a detailed feedback.

Pros

After having worked for a couple of large IT companies and a mid-sized IT company, I was a little apprehensive when I started here more than 3 years ago because of its relatively small size back then. It has been long when my doubts gave way to a sense of fulfillment. Here are the reasons why I rate Nagarro so highly: - Things move fast here. The processes are way ahead of being mature, they are NOT the typical long drawn ones you find at larger organizations. If you have a valid business case, you can get what you need in a flash. - The work that you do is self-actualizing. The company allows you to realize your potential to its fullest. You get ample opportunities to pursue your professional goals, if you have what it takes. This is made possible through projects that are super complex, and require high levels of technical expertise. - You work for the best clients in the world. Many of Nagarro's clients are world leaders in their respective industries. Working at Nagarro makes for a rich professional experience. - The salaries are higher than much larger IT firms on an average, though they may not absolutely be the highest. If you manage to get past the rigorous selection process, you can be sure to find yourself in the 90th percentile of the Indian IT workforce in terms of 'take home salary', for your experience level. - Its a safe, gender neutral place to work. The workplace and the transport system are safe for female as well as male employees, with zero tolerance for unacceptable behavior by male colleagues. With zero gender bias, female employees get a rare, level playing field when they work at Nagarro. - The CEO connects with the least experienced of colleagues the same way that he does with the most experienced ones. I have never come across a more easily approachable top management, with the CEO leading from the front. He prefers calling you 'a colleague' over 'an employee'.

Cons

If you are an average IT worker, you may struggle to get past the highly selective recruitment process. In the unlikely event that you do get past, you have to contend with a highly capable and competitive workforce. Matching the performance of your peers in the organization doesn't come easy.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a detailed feedback for Nagarro. We really do think that we are building a workplace which is different from the traditional Indian IT landscape. And it is very helpful when colleagues such as you get the word out there about exactly how we are different. Your review is articulated well and highlights some of the things most important for us. I would like to make a quick note also about the people we hire - we are always trying to inch closer to the right of the curve for our workforce; always trying to hire people better than ourselves. One of the things that Nagarro has always been good at (largely thanks to the skills and vision of the co-founders) is identifying potential. We are currently trying to come up with ways through which we can do this at scale as well. Exciting times are ahead. Thank you for being part of the journey and best wishes for the journey ahead.
