Pros

1) Two hardworking personality handling the growth & Success of this company . These two pillars are respected Ceo & Vice-president who are most active, genuine & hardworking personality at nagarro. 2) Flexible timming. 3) Nagarro university for technical learnings. 4) cultural & technical events. 5) Adequate work pressure.

Cons

1) Poor managers with no technical skills. Managers has only two responsibilities one is scrum meetings & another is client intraction . you cannot expect any technical help from your manager.your team mates or google is the only source to resolve your problem. If im wrong then Nagarro can conduct an voting from team members & see the results whether how many team agree that thier manager are really skilled & able to manage team technically. 2) Let me clear to all the people about nagarro' salary lovers, the reason behind high pay here.following are the reasons a) x% retention bonus is the ctc part, which is given at one & half year of period. So remaining y% ctc u will get yearly. b) gratuity is another part of ctc which is given only after you serve here for more than 5years. So this part is also not taken by everyone as mostly people not continue for this much of period. c) leaves are also the part of your ctc. Which is commonly not the part of ctc. This is given separately to encourage employee to take less leaves. d) Cab charges is different for different packages of employees for the same distance. e) pf contribution by employer is also the part of your ctc. f) No paid tools & software is encouraged by the nagarro. Which lead to create extra hard work for employee. So ultimately all this open source usage is converted to li'l amount of money & paid to the employee. After combining all these ctc parts you will definately come to know why the package at nagarro looks so high. I want clear one thing tht nagarro from this year definately remove the retention bonus but in turn must be introduce something to cover up this amount. I have one question from respected Mr. Ceo & Vice-President that if somebody have terminate the service from current position at nagarro before 6 months then whether that employee is eligible or not for this retention bonus. If not' then what is the reason to show this part in ctc & how it is different gratuity? 3) No good projects to work upon now. Most of the projects are in the maintenance phase.

Pros

Learning is relatively better than other companies but only for freshers because they work for 15 hours daily. There are quite a few fun activities in cafeteria but you normally don't get enough time to enjoy.

Cons

Managers are bosses here. They can do whatever you want. No HR Policies being followed. The policies are just written in their portal but never followed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a feedback. I am sorry to see that you have such an impression of the company. But let me assure you that this impression is not representative of what actually happens. I get a monthly report of time spent in office and yes there are always some projects who are working extra hours, but at a given time it is less than 5% of the people. Our average hours spent in office overall is less than 9 hours a day. Also, I actually often get feedback from 'managers' that they cannot do enough. Our HR system is designed in a way that a manager can only influence so much for a team member, and HR comes in play for the necessary checks and balances. For instance, this week itself we had one request from an employee who needed flexibility in working hours for a few weeks due to logistical constraints at home. Her manager denied it, but the HR team worked with the manager to make it happen. If in your project or group you think that the manager is being unfair, you should always be able to talk to HR or your manager's manager. And our flat hierarchy allows this. So, no, managers cannot do whatever they want. If you are seeing an example that is otherwise, you should definitely reach out to HR or me directly to discuss this. In summary, Nagarro is overall very different from what your experience has been so far. I would love to meet you to show you more.

Cons

1) management is biased towards developers 2) no respected to QAs from managers and HRs 3) very less professional and personal growth for QAs 4) same ratings as developers, but, salary hike would be atleast 75000 less for QAs 5) no onsite for QAs 6) HR dont listen to employees problems. only listen to managers. 7) no worklife balance 8) no consideration of laterals skill set while allocation projects 9) no free cab and meals 10) pathetic CTC structure I will never refer any QA to join Nagarro

Thank you for your review. I have to unfortunately disagree with several points that you have made in the cons section. First of all, there is no management bias - how can there be? Don't we need QAs to run our business - if yes, then we will likely take equal care of them; and we do. There is a dedicated COE for quality assurance led by a VP and a Director. We are looking for very senior folks to hire in the QA track so that we can make it formidable independent practice. We get a lot of questions about pay scales for QAs. I looked at our hiring data for QA in the last 12 months. We pay significantly above the current pay scales for people we hire in order to align with what our pay scale for QA is. I don't think we do too badly in this area at all. At the same time, we sometimes are driven by the needs of the industry, and so variations in pay scales or onsite opportunities are things that are driven by external factors. While sometimes it may not seem like it, HR at Nagarro is looking out for employees much more than business units and managers. Some of our key structures are designed to allow this to happen. But, if you have faced a situation differently, then I would like to meet you to understand what happened better. Yes, we don't have free cabs and meals (they are subsidized though). I don't think we are ruining anyone's career at all. In fact, Nagarro is probably the best services company to be in at this time. We are growing tremendously and with this growth comes a lot of opportunity. I recommend that you reach out to me if you would like to have an open discussion and I will be happy to meet you. Once again, thank you for your time.
