      Good appraisals. Nice work life balance. Flexible timings Oppurtunity to work on new techonologies.

      Unconsolidated offices. Lack of formal information flow process.

I agree that unconsolidated offices are a problem. This is something that we are actively working on, but changing infrastructure takes some time. You may have noticed that earlier this year, we did consolidate 3 buildings into 1. Regarding the lack of information flow process, I would like to know more about this.
