      Hard to strike a work-life balance

      Salary is at par with the market and ample opportunities to learn and lead.

      Cons

      Personal life may take a hit as workload is higher and managers expect employees to work weekends.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and feedback here. And it is sad to see that you are no longer working with us. While it's true that once in a while, a weekend or two might be expected to be put in by team members, but that is par for the industry; it is not a norm. And we also give compensatory leaves for working on weekends. Having said that, we do talk about managing work stress more and more at Nagarro. It is very important for us that we have an environment which keeps people fresh and not result in burn-outs. Mental health is an important topic for us. Thank you once again for taking the time to provide us feedback.

      Shady Interview Process, so so company

      Pros

      Lot of projects so you could jump around projects after you finish one.

      Cons

      To be very frank, we conduct shady interviews and tried fighting against this! If you are someone looking for a job, dont sweat it! If you still want to do this, God save you! I am looking out and will get out soon!!

      Dear colleague, I am surprised to see this feedback about Nagarro. I don't understand what you mean by "shady interviews". I don't even know how to respond to this since it is beyond imagination for me to think that we have any unethical practices at Nagarro. Your impression is likely a misunderstanding of some sort. Even though you may have made up your mind to leave Nagarro, I request you to reach out to me and share your experience in this regard. Even if I can't help change your mind, I can at least learn if there is really something amiss in how we conduct interviews and then correct it. Regards.
