We do have a formal project change policy - please do reach out to the HR team if you feel that as per policy, your project should be changed. Regarding the skills piece, we have a resourcing team that tries to best match the skills that you have to the work available. At the same time, there is a constant need to reskill ourselves due to the fast-changing nature of the technical and customer requirements landscape. So, sometimes, we do need to pick up new skills.
