Regarding your disappointment with the cafeteria, this is something that we are always trying to improve - personally, whenever I eat there, I don't have a complaint with the food served. But this is such a subjective topic, that we will likely always struggle to get it perfected. But, like I said, it is something that is always under review.

Personally, I think that if all people see HR doing are fun and games, and still have no complaints with their stay at the company, the HR is doing a fantastic job - they are always working behind the scenes. You are welcome to come and ask them for any specific questions you may have.
