      Very good and cool environment to work, flexi hours, top management is very approachable.

      Not managing the people well on bench

      Thanks for an awesome review. Yes, we are an awesome place to work. Regarding your advice on bench management, I do agree that we always improve, but I must tell you that management of people on bench is something that we focus on quite rigorously. We don't like to maintain a very large bench (compared to other IT services companies) but whatever we do have, we are trying to get better at managing. I would be interested in listening to any specific suggestions or observations you have in this regard. If you would like to do this, please reach out to me in the office.       Pros

      I have left company because of the location issue and it is very difficult from traveling to Noida or Ghaziabad to the Gurgaon. Good Salary and Salary Structure, New Technology work, Management supportive

      Cons

      Partial to the old employees and sometime work life balance is not good but this is ok in IT.

      Let me thank your for spending time in leaving a review here. It is sad to see that you had to leave us for this reason. But I can also understand how crippling a commute from that part of NCR to Gurgaon can be. Noida is something that we keep considering and it may happen in the future (but not right away). Hopefully, we will have you back when we have something in Noida or when maybe you move to a better location in NCR from a commute to Gurgaon perspective :) Once again thank you for taking the time.
