I also agree with you that some our policies need to be made more efficient and we are working on it. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We see ourselves as a company with a culture of continuous learning. And that is why you notice that there is a lot of stress on learning new skills. At the same time, I'd like to believe that the situation is such that over their stint with Nagarro everyone should have an equal chance at learning; and that it is not up to fate but is driven by deliberate and fair design. I'd also like to comment on the cons that you have felt while at Nagarro. Hiring is mostly about assessing someone's skill as much as you can and then make a best judgment on their potential. So, there is always an element of "hiring for potential" in the hiring process. And any offers on salary or role are bases on this assessment. I agree that we can always do better in HR (and other areas) and are continuously improving. Having said that, if there are specific inefficiencies or examples of that you have faced, I would like to know them - so that we can address them right away.
