Thanks for leaving a review here on Glassdoor. I would really like to understand more the issue with the payslips. Your payslip would've changed this year because we made changes to the salary structure, but beyond that there shouldn't be any month-to-month changes. If you can reach out to me directly in the office so that we can go over what you have experienced, we can then use that feedback to improve our payroll process. We may need to do better in explaining the changes that we make to our processes which is likely the cause of the confusion that you are facing. Thanks again for your feedback and do reach out to me.

Pros

1) Seminars conducted time to time to update employees about the new technologies is a good initiative. 2) Here some people really have a good command in latest technologies so if you have a good fate then you are going to learn a lot here.

Cons

1) In terms of salary package of a lateral entry employee it hardly matters to the company that what knowledge he is having, company always defines package according to the base package. 2) HR department's efficiency needs to be improved.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We see ourselves as a company with a culture of continuous learning. And that is why you notice that there is a lot of stress on learning new skills. At the same time, I'd like to believe that the situation is such that over their stint with Nagarro everyone should have an equal chance at learning; and that it is not up to fate but is driven by deliberate and fair design. I'd also like to comment on the cons that you have felt while at Nagarro. Hiring is mostly about assessing someone's skill as much as you can and then make a best judgment on their potential. So, there is always an element of "hiring for potential" in the hiring process. And any offers on salary or role are bases on this assessment. I agree that we can always do better in HR (and other areas) and are continuously improving. Having said that, if there are specific inefficiencies or examples of that you have faced, I would like to know them - so that we can address them right away. I request you to reach out to me in the office to discuss these. Thank you again for your feedback.
