Thank you for taking the time to write this review. It is great that you continue to have positive experiences at Nagarro. It's awesome that these experiences are aligned with some of the things that we hold very dear at Nagarro: growth, learning, quality, culture. Regarding areas such as work-life balance and work pressure, these are issues which are transient and vary between projects, roles, lifecycle of a project, and so on. In fact a large number of people at Nagarro do not spend so much time in office. If you feel that you have been under too much work pressure for too long, then do raise a concern with HR and they will try to help you out. From an infrastructure perspective, I believe we are improving all the time. Each new building that we add is better than the last one. We have added one building this year and another one will be added before the year is over. Our IT systems improve all the time. Of course we can't (yet) compare to the various billion dollar companies just yet, but we are getting very close.

Thank you for leaving such a positive review of Nagarro. This tells us that we are moving in the right direction. As you mentioned, we are working on making sure that HR is stronger and more transparent as we go along. Policies are being revised and renewed (we are growing really fast, so some things need some catching up to do). Minimal bureaucracy is our mantra and you have caught it right. As for your advice to the management, yes this is something that we are trying to do more often. Senior management has started addressing people in all geographies more regularly to address this exact concern. Feel free to reach out to any of us if you have any concerns or suggestions.
