Pros

I have got opportunities to grow and learn a lot. Better compensation than many other companies. Work environment is cool and give chance to all whether a team player or individual performer, and strong technically or in management skills after identifying individual's interest and traits. Training courses. Takes regular feedback from employees on the processes.

Cons

There is always a room for improvement and Yes Nagarro considers suggestions provided by employees in Internal Feedback surveys to improve.

excellent culture friendly people around encourage your work a lot to learn and expertise very good increments as compared to others

Cons

Salary in hand is less than expected. small package for freshers as compared to others. Not anymore right now.

This company has good working culture, Provide good technical trainings on latest technologies time by time. Have nice appraisals and great job security.

Cons

Poor cab facility 10% bonus is part of CTC and you get into two part after 1 year of joining For join as fresher you get good salary and appraisal but if you join at some experience there will be at least 2LK difference in salary.
