      1)great place for people who want to learn and work 2)requests are always entertained if you are performing well 3)great place for female employees.very considerate about safety,security of females and also ready to adjust as per the special needs for female employees.

      work pressure is too high sometimes,need to balance work personal life balance priority is given to the guys who have grown up with in nagarro

      Strong and driven Management, Exciting projects, stringent hiring has led to resources which are a cut above the rest, good opportunities for onsite postings

      Cons

      Being selective on hiring has sometimes curtailed growth, But then the company would not have this string of high profile and demanding customers without the best people.
