      No work life balance ;best package ,be ready to be treated as animal

      good learning, good salary increment

      Cons

      Life is hell in nagarro. They will suck every drop of your blood, usually one has to work for 12 hours a day. Seniors work from home when they not in office (in addition to 12 hours in office,24 hour customer support :D). No leaves.No job security. They can fire you if they don't have project for few months. Worst company to work for. Join only if you treat yourself as an animal.

      Good compensation, Flexible timings,Open management, Good knowledge sharing

      Cons

      Company is growing at a very fast pace and projects size are increasing. They do want to incorporate processes but dont want productivity to be effected which needs to be handled by resource only. You may have to sacrifice on your work-life balance at times as more than 100% is required from you at all time. Sometimes to win the projects the bid is kept so low that it becomes impossible for the team to complete on time even after spending 12-14 hours a day.

      Pros

      Nagarro provides the apt work justifying the individual capabilities, gives chance to shift technology, gives great learning experience. Everything looks easy once you have spent 1 year or so with Nagarro.

      Cons

      I couldn't find any.. though pressure deadlines can cramp you sometimes...
