Dear ex-colleague, thank you for taking the time to come and leave feedback. It is always sad to see someone who has stayed with us for so long leave us - regardless of the reasons or circumstances. As a company, as we grow, we are trying to figure out different ways in which experienced people can contribute so that everyone who has stayed with us finds a way to continue to add value. I agree that Nagarro is a great place for people starting their careers (great learning and exposure), we have a lot going on for senior folks as well. As a percentage, we have added more senior colleagues to the company than less experienced ones in the last couple of years. I wish you luck, wherever you are. And thanks again for stopping by.

Pros

Policies and management are employee friendly. Health insurance plans are good. Provide relocation assistance and advance money for your initial expenses.

Cons

You will work on the technology your client interested in, so less flexibility in project and technology selection. Salary increment is as low as 3-6%. No defined process about rating and increment. Try to negotiate as much as you can at the time of joining, so that you won't need to worry about increment later.

Dear colleague, thank you for your time to leave this feedback. It is the nature of our industry where a lot of our work is mandated by client requirements - so yes, if one of our clients has a preferred technology strategy, then we follow that strategy. If we think that there are better options, we do try to advise our clients accordingly. As for your comment about the salary hike, you are located in the USA. A 6% hike in the US is considered a pretty good hike. Do reach out to me if you would like to understand this more. Once again, I appreciate that you took the time to give us feedback.

Pros

Salary is at par with the market and ample opportunities to learn and lead.

Cons

Personal life may take a hit as workload is higher and managers expect employees to work weekends.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and feedback here. And it is sad to see that you are no longer working with us. While it's true that once in a while, a weekend or two might be expected to be put in by team members, but that is par for the industry; it is not a norm. And we also give compensatory leaves for working on weekends. Having said that, we do talk about managing work stress more and more at Nagarro. It is very important for us that we have an environment which keeps people fresh and not result in burn-outs. Mental health is an important topic for us. Thank you once again for taking the time to provide us feedback.
