I am happy that you are happy :) Regarding the cons, I think there are always colleagues that we have who are either not fitting in or not being able to do their best in a given context. At Nagarro, we do encourage people to provide feedback (to the managers as well). One method is through the anonymous 360D surveys that carry out. Please do provide the feedback to any managers on their areas of improvement that you have observed. Thanks once again to take the time to review us here on Glassdoor.
