      Good company to spend a good 3-4 years

      Pros

      Not too much workload. Flexibility of work timings.

      Cons

      There is differences between different business units and they work as independent companies within Nagarro. Training are mostly tailored for Java and .Net. Resources from other technologies are compelled to get evaluated based on unrelated technologies to get promoted (A way to keep them deprived of well deserved promotions). Company owners says something else and the implementations are somewhat different and twisted by HRs at their own will.

      Pros

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      Cons

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
