I can't think of any pros.

Cons

This company is extremely biased. They have their own set of rules. They call it non hierarchical however they not follow it. One needs to be their slave to survive. The management is poor. The employees have no voice.

Pros

Great company with gud hike in all departments.Opportunity for onsite also for employees.

Cons

It should use tool for testing ,no hike for QA compared to Dev. Work pressure is very high, No quality only deliver the project that time after that you will suffer at the tim eof increment. When u worked two days like saturday and sunday then u will get only 1 day off.
