      Pros

      People on H1B usually doesn't get fired. If there is no project they will be relocated back to their original country.

      Cons

      1. You will find it difficult to get the time of senior management to interact with them. 2. HR takes months to close any concern related to employee. Anytime you contact HR regarding your concern you will hear only one answer that it is pending with senior management.

      None, they probably need to be investigated. VERY unprofessional.

      Cons

      They see you as and refer to you as a body to be placed wherever they want regardless of what you interviewed for. If you see a posting for anything Nagarro it is a cattle call for ANY call center position technical or otherwise. If you are tech you will be told repeatedly "DO NOT PROBLEM SOLVE" It's about the call numbers not helping the caller. Very uncomfortable place to work. No guidance or support. Your money will be funny too. They can't count not even with your time being tracked by computer.

      Office is a nice location. Good water fountains

      Cons

      This is a big list, they give out snacks like the hunger games. The company is extremely cheap about everything from mice and keyboard to snacks and salarys. The management don't understand you get what you pay for when it comes to employees. Some very hard working people in this company but anyone who joins uses it as a stepping stone to find a new job. If the job market was better this company is going down fast with there terrible salarys and attitude.
