Pros

Just the brand name you can get nothing else if you join Nagarro ServiceNow Team

Cons

I resigned just because of all these points below - -Worst management. -Uneducated and unmannered managers -Micromanagement -No Partnership with ServiceNow -No Projects (Single project is there which is maintenance and support and partial development) -9 people had already resigned from Nagarro ServiceNow team and 3 absconded them self after the joining

Flexible work timings in some projects

Management - They claim that they are the honest and straight forward persons practicing openness but in reality it is the opposite - Highly unethical and second-rated managers - You have to be on mute-mode, any word against your manager, will reflect in your appraisal Performance appraisal -Feedback system is no more transparent -No proper channel to rate or share feedback of your manager in transparent way. Early 360 degree feedback system was mockery. Culture -Not expect professional ethics. Those are drown away in name of flat hierarchy

HR people are not mature. They are just mailing messengers between stakeholders without any human thoughts about handling the concern of a human resource. If u raise or discuss a concern with HR, they just translate it into a polite mail to your director or manager or concerned person. Moreover the reply of the concern person is the final result your issue. HR in general does not counter your manager based on ethics of handling a human being which is a resource. They are puppet in the process. Really bad experience
