      Terrible company

      Pros

      -Good people -You can eat/drink at your station (unless your press is too fast)

      Cons

      -One break every 4 hours -The one break doesn't always happen in the press section -Mandatory annual overtime that will have people working 40-50 days without a day off -Low pay -Complete lack of training

      Family owned good benefits people care

      Pros

      Celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. If working weekend will often buy food. Gator aide and treats on hot days. Building is air conditioned. Recognition for going above and beyond. Advancement opportunities

      Work load is inconsistent and can get very busy.

      Pros

      Great working conditions and benefits. Lots of opportunities for additional training and job advancement. Work is not boring. Custom shop where jobs we work on are different everyday. Lots of opportunity to earn overtime. Wish I had started here earlier.

      Cons

      Somewhat seasonal so it gets busy in the fall.
